Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes 3–5 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 4–8 business days.

Where is my order shipped from?
Fulfilment is coordinated by our team in New York and carried out through a network of trusted logistics and manufacturing partners. Depending on the item, shipping may take place from within the United States or from carefully selected international fulfilment centers to ensure availability, quality and timely delivery.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details. You can also view the status of your shipment through our tracking page.

My order is delayed – what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the standard delivery window plus an additional 3 business days, please contact our customer service team. We will check the status directly with the carrier and assist you right away.

Why did I receive more than one package?
In some cases, items may be shipped separately due to logistics or warehouse availability. If this happens, you will automatically receive multiple shipping confirmations, and the remaining items will be delivered shortly after.

Payment & Security

When will my payment be charged?
Payment is charged immediately once your order has been successfully placed.

Who covers the return shipping costs?
For regular returns, the return shipping cost is covered by the customer. In the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered items, we will of course cover the cost of return shipping.

Which payment methods can I use?
We offer secure and convenient payment methods, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Discover, Diners Club, Elo Payments, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely in USD ($) through Shopify Payments or other trusted and encrypted payment providers.

Can I pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery?
No, we currently do not offer payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

How are refunds issued?
Refunds are always issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed automatically. For more details, please see our Return Policy.

Returns & Refunds

How does the return process work?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact our customer service via email at info@amelia-grace.com or through the contact form on our website to receive return authorisation. All instructions for sending items back will be provided after approval. You can find full details in our Return Policy.

How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund is issued within 5 business days using the original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, simply return the original item and place a new order.

What conditions apply to returns?
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with the tags still attached. A receipt or order number is required so we can correctly match your return to your purchase. For additional details, please refer to our Return Policy.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours via info@amelia-grace.com or through our contact form. Our customer service team will assist you immediately and arrange either a replacement or a refund depending on the case.

Products & Availability

Are all items available immediately?
All products shown in the online shop are available at the time of purchase. In rare cases, an item may sell out during order processing. If this happens, we will contact you by email and provide an alternative solution or a refund.

Why are some items shipped from partner warehouses?
To ensure consistent availability and smooth delivery, fulfilment is coordinated by our team in New York and supported by a network of carefully selected logistics partners. Depending on the item, shipping may take place from U.S. warehouses or from trusted international fulfilment centers when stock or availability requires it.
